Unfortunately, the contractor doing the work started a fire which caused a lengthy delay and tricky liability situation for me to manage remotely. Justin not only dealt with the delays and helped us move the sale along as quickly as possible given the circumstances, but he also was checking in regularly and happened to have been over earlier that day and had seen the contractors smoking on our deck which helped motivate them to fix the problem rather than fight it.

Justin ended up spending more time and doing more work than we had intended, but he stuck with it and got it sold well over list price within the first day it finally went on the market!

From the start he had a great positive attitude, was very confident and supportive, and worked really hard both to earn the business and then while selling our place.

It was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend him to friends and will use his services again if I move back to the Seattle area.
